BOB
BOB is a gathering of youth in Morongo Valley who come together to not only learn more about Jesus, but to have a great time as a group. BOB means “Body of Believers” and that is what we are. We are a body of believers who want to make a difference for Jesus.
Children’s Ministries
At Church of the Lighted Cross we have many exciting opportunities to involve Elementary age kids in serving and learning more about Jesus. During the school year, Pastor Scott and his wife Natalie run the Good News Club at Morongo Valley Elementary School as an after school program. During the summer we have an incredible week of Vacation Bible School that will amaze people of all ages. Each Sunday we have Sunday School from 9:15-10:15 and Children’s Church during the church service. We greatly value families and think that it is important for families to worship the Lord together, so we keep kids in church until after worship and dismiss them to be taught a lesson that meets their needs and is taught at their level.
